GUARANTEED ANONYMITY.

The informant will be entitled to the reward indicated above on the basis of information provided by him/her directly, which, being unique and truthful, allows FLAMAGAS, S.A. to carry out a seizure or intervention of a counterfeit product.
If there are several informants of the same seizure, the amount to be
compensated will be divided, not multiplied.
The right to the reward will be quantified on the basis of the quantity of product seized, understanding seized product to be that which, having been seized by the State security forces, can be removed from the warehouse or point of sale and is deposited in the premises of FLAMAGAS, S.A., in the premises of the State security forces, or in those of any third party unrelated to the offender and validated by FLAMAGAS, S.A.
FLAMAGAS, S.A. reserves the right to modify and/or cancel these conditions and the very existence of the right to the reward, at any time, without the need for any justification, and without any obligation to give prior notice of any kind. Anonymity will be guaranteed at all times, in compliance with the law.

Gross amount, taxes and fees that are applicable for the service provided will be deducted from the amount to be paid.
